Milwee Band added PayPal to expand our payment options to include debit and credit cards to our already accepted cash and check.  As a charitable non-profit organization, Milwee Band is charged a convenience fee of 3.5% plus $0.30 for transactions. Our prices below includes these convenience fees in the total payment amount.

Milwee Band is a charitable non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  As a result, your charitable donations are tax-exempt.  Please consider donating to Milwee Band.  Your donation will help support the overall bands with items like:
  • Additional professional group instruction during class time
  • School owned instrument repairs
  • Competition fees
  • Purchase of copyright music and copies for class,
  • and more..   

Band Activity Fee: 

To meet the needs for each band class, students are enthusiastically encouraged to contribute to the class through an annual Activity Fee. The fee will help their class purchase copyright music and copies for students, additional professional group instruction during class, school owned instrument repairs, and overall needs for their class. If you have any questions or concerns related to the Activity Fee, please contact Mr. Autrey, Milwee Band Director.

End of Year Reward Trip to Islands of Adventure:

Our band is adventuring to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS (Islands of Adventure) on Saturday, May 13th, 2023. Please see Reward Trip letter for full details regarding information for this adventure!
Students MUST have annual Activity Fee (see above) paid in full before payment for Reward Trip payment will be accepted. Most students paid the activity fee at the start of the year.

Ticket Costs:
Full IOA Ticket and Transportation (Student):  $105
Full IOA Ticket and Transportation (Chaperone):  $70
Transporation Cost Only* (Students and Chaperones): $35 each

* This option is only available for band members who already own a Universal Pass or have their own ticket to get into the park that day. Transportation costs pay for bus drivers, buses, and parking to/from Universal Studios.

Price below includes Paypal Credit Card Convenience Fees, if you wish to avoid fees, payment via Cash/Check may be turned into the band room drop box.

School-Owned Instrument Rental:  

Milwee Middle offers instrument rental for school owned instruments based on availability. For more information contact Mr. Autrey, Milwee Band Director.  Rental agreement forms will be required and the rental fee is $150 per school year (Includes Fall and Spring Terms).

                                             Two options payment below:   
                     $75 due by Aug. 31st, 2022 and $75 due by Jan. 31st, 2023
                                                                 or
           If paying in full before August 31st, 2022, please accept a $25 discount
                                                 (Total will be $125)

  • Instrument rental is also available through local companies so you are encouraged to check out your options to determine what is best suited for your family needs.

Band Apparel

  • Uniform T-shirt:  All bands students should have a band t-shirt, which is worn by band students attending field trips. Beginning Band students (Band 1) will wear their t-shirt for their performances. Shirts will be delivered to students during class.

  • Polo shirts:  Polo shirts are available for pre-order purchase to anyone. Pre-order deadline is August 31st, 2022.  Concert Band Students (Band 2) will wear their polo shirts for their performances. Jazz Band students will wear polo shirts at community events. 

  • Symphonic Band Tuxedo Uniform - All Symphonic Band (Band 3) members must have a full tuxedo which includes shirt, pants, vest, and bowtie. Our student tuxedo is affordable and adjustable. See more details below
T-shirts (available now):
Reminder that band students attending band field trips will need a band t-shirt. This is the same shirt as last year so they don't need to buy a new one if ​the one they have fits.
* Please note - our logo has changed, but the T-shirt color is the same.
Polo shirts:
Pictured is the shirt from a few years ago. We have switched to black polos. Our logo has changed - but the polo fit is the same as pictured above.
