Thank you to the many of you who already picked up an instrument to use over summer! We still have LOTS of F horns, euphoniums, tubas that can be checked out (enough for each student on that instrument!). We are running limited on woodwind instruments at this point but we have a few left.
For your convenience, I have attached the Summer Rental Form that needs to be filled out by each family to check an instrument out over summer. You can download, fill out, and scan it back to me – just leave the bottom part blank, I’ll fill it out when you pick up the instrument.
PERCUSSION! The school Xylophones and Marimba’s are available to take home over summer to practice. Please email me to schedule a time to pick up a school instrument if you plan on working for ALL STATE and need one of those larger instruments to use.
Lastly! Summer Band camp is upon us! We still have space available for every instrument. Everyone in band at Milwee is qualified to take the “Advanced” (also called “Concert”) band class at the camp. We are extending the registration deadline all the way up until camp, however, if you want us to order you the official camp t-shirt, you MUST be registered by May 28th!
