Concert and Jazz Band families: The Fall Concert Date is changed to THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10th.
Thank you for adjusting your calendars and being flexible. This was due to an SCPS mandate to move all events away from October 8th and 9th in respect for Yom Kippur. This is no problem for us as the gym at Milwee is open for us to move! The concert will be at 6:30pm and will be over by 7:30pm. Thank you for your flexibility, and please do not hesitate to contact me if this poses a conflict for your family.

Our Winter Concert Date is FINALLY CONFIRMED! Thank you for your patience as we were working to find a date with our colleagues over at Lyman High School.

FUNDRAISER INFO, ALL CLASSES:
We had our BAND FUNDRAISER KICK OFF TODAY! We will be selling our tasty cookie dough and cheesecake that we have done in the past. There are other items in the packet, and an online store sign-up that are offered also! Students were given a very nice brochure and information sheet regarding fundraiser information, prize information, collection day procedures -- please review this with them at home this week! Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
*PLEASE NOTE* Our first turn-in day is next Monday, September 16th, and features a “double ticket pull” opportunity for students. Parents, tomorrow might be a great day to bring your packets to work! Thank you for your support of our program as we are looking to purchase new equipment for our students to use!
